REGULATIONS
Like all UK employment agencies & employment businesses, Red River is obliged to ensure compliance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

These regulations were put in place by the DTI in the interests of all parties within the recruitment process as "a framework of minimum standards that clients, both work-seekers and hirers, are entitled to expect".

As a result, it is now necessary for us to obtain specific information about you before your CV is submitted to an employer. This includes:

i) obtaining confirmation of your identity.

ii) confirming that you have the experience, training, qualifications and/or authorisations considered necessary by the employer or by law.

iii) confirming that you are interested in being considered for the position.

OUR GUARANTEE

At Red River we fully understand that, with the current risk of identity theft, confidentiality and security is a major concern to many job-seekers.

With Red River you can be assured that your CV, all supporting documents and any other information you supply will be held securely on our system and will be used solely for the purpose of assisting you in securing alternative employment. Furthermore, we do not submit your details to any of our clients without your prior knowledge and consent. Whether you have recently applied for a position or have been on our database for some time, you will be contacted by one of our consultants so that we can clarify your current circumstances and discuss potential opportunities with you in as much detail as possible.

If you would like more information about these requirements please feel free to contact us by telephone, email or post.

Alternatively, links to the full text of the Regulations and to the DTI’s guidance notes can be found on the Links page of this website.
